• We currently deliver to selected cities and regions.

• Availability of delivery will be confirmed at checkout based on your PIN code.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

• During festive seasons like Chhath Puja, delivery may take longer due to high demand.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹499.

• A nominal delivery charge will apply to orders below ₹499, displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

• You can also check the status of your order on our website under “My Orders.”

5. Packing & Handling

• All products are carefully packed to ensure freshness and safety during transit.

• Puja essentials and fragile items are given extra care to avoid damage.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• In case of unforeseen delays (weather, transport issues, festivals, etc.), we will notify you promptly.

• If an item is unavailable, we will either offer a replacement or refund.
